Hung in a 4-9/16" jamb for a 2×4 wall, with matching flat casing. Or order the slab alone, prepped for three 3-1/2" hinges and a 2-1/8" bore.

Lacquer over MDF

Multi-coat PU or UV lacquer over MDF faces on a wood-strip core, 1-3/8" thick, sprayed in Snowflake White.

TSCA Title VI compliant (CARB Phase 2 equivalent). Every leaf is labeled with its fabricator, production date and compliance statement; panels come from TPC-certified mills.

Every leaf is made to measure, so standard American sizes and the odd sizes of older houses cost the same. It is made after ops confirms the order and ships by the container to Las Vegas.

FAQ

Prehung doors come in a 4-9/16" jamb, for 2×4 walls. The factory also makes a 6-9/16" jamb for 2×6 walls; ask in the order note.
